Agreement
By engaging with HG Imports for wholesale food products, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern all sales, deliveries, and business relationships.
Wholesale Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Minimum order quantities apply as specified per product category. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are established during account setup. We accept bank transfers and certified cheques. Credit terms are available for approved wholesale accounts.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, order size, and product availability. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the customer's designated location.
Product Quality
We warrant that products meet applicable Canadian food safety standards at time of delivery. Quality concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Limitation of Liability
HG Imports liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
